Banning street vendors (or tightly regulating them) might make sense in some cities/areas. So I'm not gonna buy into some of the hysterical hyperbole or back-room deal implications that have become part of the story. Buuuut, is this really a pressing issue? They're freakin' hot dog guys trying to make an honest buck and serving an obviously plentiful customer base. It's not like they in anyway degrade the "Worcester experience", for cryin' out loud. This ain't 90210 we're dealing with here, it's 01605.
Tellingly, the vendors are intelligent enough to go where their customers are, rather than being like the City and trying to coerce people to go where the City wants them to go.
Screw the hacks, keep the wieners!
Keith: I know some vendors have been passing around the petition. (It was created when a vendor asked for one.) If you signed a petition, that probably gets the job done. You might e-mail some friends tho and see if they want to add their names.

Re: Worcester Street Vendors
This video is incredible. More like this please!!!!!
I actually would love to see a similar video interviewing the people that support the ordinance just for the comedic value alone.

Re: Worcester Street Vendors
Worcester residents who object to this proposed ordinance might want to add their names to this petition:

Re: Worcester Street Vendors
Is that the same petition that passed through the Dive Bar a week or two ago?
Re: Worcester Street Vendors
