Troy Gonyea, Brooks and I at the Dive Thursday (2/21)
This Thursday at the Dive is Troy Gonyea, Brooks Milgate and myself playing blues, rock and whatever else we can come up with to keep the music going. Things start around 8:30 and wrap up around 1. There is no cover charge, and as if you didn't know this already, REALLY good beer.
Troy Gonyea is a great guitarist who has a fantastic band called The Howl, he also was in the Fabulous Thunderbirds for a few years and has played with some legendary blues guys. Besides that, he's a great guy to drink beers with.
Brooks plays keyboards and will make you wish you stuck with those lessons you took way back. He has a band called Hey Now Morris Fader and also plays guitar in Gutta. Also a great guy to drink beers with.
The Dive is at 34 Green Street in Worcester.

The tap line-up won't be confirmed until later...BUT I will say this...On cask is a very rare stout from Denmark. The brewery is WinterCoat and the beer is Cockney Imperial Stout! http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/wintercoat-cockney-imperial-stout/38265/

Ok first; the WinterCoat Cask is fucking amazing! I tapped it at 1:30 to let it breath and after some extensive "sampling" I can tell you this is hands down my favorite cask to date!

All I can say is wow!! Last night was nothing short of amazing. Duncan we need to wire The Dive for sound and video. Thursdays need to be documented!
