On my way home tonight I was at the light at Chandler and June st. and to my right I saw a wonderful announcement at the Le Mirage cafe. I hope to make it back there tomorrow and get a better photo but the essence of this great announcement is not lost in this camera phone photo.
Worcesteria nicely points out that the Hanover Theater is booking some music.

Oh yes there is a robot competition this weekend at W.P.I., I am glad you asked.
When: Saturday, November 17th, 2007
Time: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Where: WPI, Campus Center, Odeuum, Worcester, MA - Directions - Campus Map
Cost: Free
Savage Soccer is an annual robotics event hosted by WPI. In Savage Soccer, teams of students armed with a VEX kit create a robot that is able to compete in a game designed by the event staff. Anyone who has a robot kit is eligible to play and there is no registration fee.

WCCA TV is presenting a Halloween Scream Out. Really for kids but bands and actually anyone can have fun showing off their Halloween costumes while squeezing in info about their next upcoming gig.
Walk in between 3:30 PM and 5:30, Thursday and Friday October 25 and 26th, and they will capture your Halloween greeting on video and play it over the channel as it also streams across the web.
