This Saturday the corner at Vincent's will be graced by Six Foot One featuring Pete Sjostedt (Hip Civilians and Ape Hangers) and Chris Tomaillo (Go) then yours truly and I believe a Michael and possibly a Paul, we may or may not play the Bride Stripped Bare by Brian Ferry front to back.

Oh, and as a side note, I believe Pete Sjostedt"s first cassette only solo recording back in the eighties was titled: Volcanoboy.

I thought up the name in the mid 90's when I was going to do a fanzine. I was really into the band Velocity Girl when I was trying to come up with names. 

then Al Gore invented the internet and I reconsidered doing a print 'zine.

 

How do you remember how to spell Sjostedt ?
