Replying to comments
I still can't quite figure out how to quote on the forum here, but I just had to click through every different link to get to a posted news item to post a comment. Why is a news story without a "post a comment" button if you get to it from one link, but it has one from another link?

Okay, weird. Now it works fine.
Is it something to do with how my browser makes me log in every time I come to VB? I'm using Firefox both at home at work.

Quoting in the forum is different then in the news section. I know that sucks. Sorry
quoting in the forum is easiest when you use the 'Extended DHTML Editor' instead of 'Tiny Editor', you can make that change easily at the top of the area that you type in.
I have many things that I would like to do with the site, and on top of this list is to move the site over to a new platform without losing four years worth of content. It's a huge undertaking and requires time that I just don't have.
So if any ambitious people out there that know mySQL and Xoops and how to get that database working with a new system such as Joomla or Drupal. PLEASE CONTACT ME. I will hire you to migrate this site to that platform.
