I like the idea of a aggregator like this. However I use www.google.com/reader to manage all of this sort of content so I probably wont be checking it "every day". If the original content is cool, I would.

I dunno, just looks like a weak RSS feed reader just about worcester. This just duplicates my worcester feeds folder on bloglines.com. They need to be selective about which posts actually get posted to the site, just blindly reposting every single one of Jeff's Wormtown Taxi posts doesn't provide any value.

Agreed with above comments, need to wait to see what the original content is like, until then it just appears they are just relying on other people's content.

It's not a secret when it's a public website. Google has already indexed it so it's not exactly hard to find.

I was helping with the Worcester blog list. I just didn't want him to think I was a big mouth.

It was kinda weird at first, punky, cuz each time I looked it seemed like my posts were the only ones being aggregated there. So I'm thinkin' "who the heck is this?" I took a look just now, and it's got a lot more sites coming up.

I've been wondering when someone would come up with a decent Woo central type of website like this. (...something that wasn't part of the two dozen fatcats in town hiring some marketing weasel to put up a vapid promo for the city... that ends up going dead after a week and a half. ...know what I mean?)

I would guess that the el-launcheroso link love spectacular for RealWorcester next week could approach cosmic proportions! After all, there's probably 29,000 daily online Worcesterites that don't even know there IS a local blogosphere.

Somebody should print up a bunch of RealWorcester.com stickers and plaster them all over town.
