East Brookfield has two (kind of):

Frank's Pub - Sunday nights there's an open Blues jam from 4p-9p. Guitarists & bands play this one.

Ed's Fiddle Shop - Thursday nights there's an acoustic jam going on in the store after-hours (no electric instruments allowed, but lots & lots of stringed instruments). Not sure if this one is every week, but it does happen quite often.

There was also a Blues jam in Southbridge at Mill Street Brews on Thursday evenings, but I'm not sure if this is still going on as I haven't checked that one out in a few years. This was for both guitarists and bands also.

Borders Bookstore in Shrewsbury - TJ Peavey , this one is alot of fun because the typical open mic crowd is a room of musicians , Borders has a built in crowd.

Thanks for posting that duncan. Its been great at Tammany. We have had about 5/6 comedians coming in, and 3/4 musicians. It is always a fun night. Its a shame, the music and comedy had been really good. I wish more people would come see it.

I don't think they're supposed to be fractions I think she means 5 or 6 and 3 or 4.

yes, the comedians only come with 5/6 of themsleves, no heads... and the musicians are about 3/4 there.. no arms...
