Last Tammany Open Mic tonight 8/30
I believe that tonight is the last Open Mic at Tammany Hall. They are starting a College Night on Tuesdays. So if you're interested in going down there in playing you should and if you would like to see what Steve Mossberg, Craig Rawding and myself are doing, we'll be down there.

I think they start at 9:30ish. There is a house sound guy but no backline provided. If you want to play I would recommend calling them. Lately it has been full all night with people.
We go on around 10:30 I believe.

we have practice tonight, I just figured people may want some more info. Sounds like its not something you can just drop in on and expect to play.
So, isn't it more of a closed mic night? :)

I would say that it is an Open mic. You show up, you play. People can call and sign up on the list the day of, some do, some don't. I enjoy playing it so we call ahead and make sure we get on the list. If too many people show up, then you wont be able to play. That is common to all open mics.
There is no booking involved or anything like that.
