The rules are... there are no rules. Fill a CD up with whatever the hell you want to expose people to, make 12 copies and bring it to the exchange. Design fancy packaging. Don't have any packaging at all. Put 14 Lenny Bruce routines on it. Intermingle 15 tracks from The Damned with tranquil waterfalls. It don't matter just make a CD.
I am going to throw June 4th out there as a deadline/exchange day. I am sure this day will be up for discussion. Anyone have any ideas as to where?

As Pez mentioned (although he got the state wrong, it was Maryland) I have been away for the past two weeks. The shitty part is that they want me to go back down there on Thursday and stay until June 11th. So of course I would not be able to make the CD exchange on the 4th.
I want to bump it up but I do not know what is conveniant for everyone.
We could just do it some time during the week but I doubt on such short notice everyone would be able to do it. Maybe I am wrong. What does everyone else think?

Hopefully most of the 15 will show up to this. Obviously Louie & Gabe won't be there.....but they have people taking care of their trades. I hope this all goes well & turns into a regular type event.....maybe quarterly.

Personally, I like mix CDs to be a "thing" of their own, so I like to do crossfades and beat matching and key matching and all that anal retentive crap, but man is that a lot of work....

Then again, if I get a CD from one of you folks and it's all crossfaded and I want to rip one of the individual songs, guess who's gonna be getting an email asking for an mp3 of just that song :)
