Over the coming months you will start to see some advertising on Volcano Boy. You may have already noticed the occasional Google ad. Those ads most of the time stay relevant to whatever topic you are reading about. They don't bother me too much and I hope they don't bother you.

One of the reasons we are starting to take advertising is to to increase the quality of the content on the site. Money coming in will allow for more money going out, which means writers will get paid and in the end you will benefit with better content and more of it.

So I ask that if you see an ad on Volcano Boy please click on it if it interests you. Do not worry that you will be sent into a chasm of popups and spyware. I would never do that to you, trust me, I hate that crap. All of the ads that you will start seeing will be from reputable companies that are really trying to reach out to YOU.
