Monster Cable, the premium, overpriced and in my experience, easily broken audio/electronics cable company has lashed out at anyone and everyone using the word "Monster."
I should go and trademark the word "cable" while I'm thinking of it.
Yeah, I've read that too. What's next, they gonna sue the Cookie Monster?
Anyway, what's more aggravating to me is their new thing with Radio Shack. Remember when you could go into any radioshack and pick up a 2 dollar patch cable? Not anymore. Monster Cable is sold there now, and they are so ridiculously overpriced anyway, and then R.S. puts on their little extra to the price.... it sucks. You have basically two options for cables there now...the gold-plated Radio Shack elite type cable, or the Monster Cable, and the cheap stuff is gone. ;-)

Re: Scary Monsters
when I worked for monster.com I recall hearing of the fuss that Monster Cable put up about name usage.

Re: Scary Monsters
Do you think this will change how some people describe, (frequently fraudulently), certain aspects of their anatomy?
