Following Clear Channels lead, Infinity Broadcasting Corp. announced today that it is severing ties to independant promoters. Infinity's decision to eliminate independent promoters comes as New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is turning his attention to the music industry, and the relationships between the major labels and radio.
