Google released the Beta of the Google Desktop Search program today. The small application indexes your entire drive and allows you to quickly search Outlook/Outlook Express, Word, AOL IM,AIM, Excel, Internet Explorer,PowerPoint and Text files. When you search you get results in what looks like a google web window but it is based on the files on your hard drive and the web. So far it's a pretty cool little program.
