Lusting Kay changes & a Show

first the news:

It is with a heavy heart that I tell you our drummer and friend Jessie is leaving the band after our CD is done. Jessie is not only a drummer but a gifted songwriter and vocalist whose presence will be missed.

We are all hoping the CD, which is being recorded at tremelo lounge, will be finished in the next month or so and (budget willing) released soon after.

There is a preview of 2 of those songs on our myspace page...Archie, and The Good. Still in rough mix form, I think they will give you a taste of what is coming up.

So that leads to the show:

Lusting Kay is playing one of our last shows with Jessie at the thrown April 4th at the Ship Room in Worcester (located inside the hotel Vernon). We go on at 9:00pm and hope you can make it.Cover is $5, and draft beers are a BUCK!

So, I guess it goes with out saying we are starting the process of looking for a new drummer, and possibly some female vocals.

Re: Lusting Kay changes & a Show

As I've said to you in private, this is really a bummer, and will only be more of a shame after the CD is released and you'll have to sing all of her parts.

Then I saw this thread and I thought... man, with a flyer like that, who needs a drummer?

Am I right? People, am I right?
