the band is, Craig Rawding on vocals and harmonica, Roger Lavallee on guitar, Ron Mominee on bass, Steve Mossberg on keys and myself on drums. We'll be doing lots of soul, motown, rock and funk.

John, some of the band has to leave on the earlier side of things, and I want to keep things going as long as we can. So, have a coffee, take a nap, but be ready to have a good time and play! :)

Just got word that a Dogfish Head rep will be on hand to pass out free shwag (glasses, openers, T's etc.) to those who purchase World Wide or Fort.

 

Also Rob Todd owner and founder of Allagash Brewing will be on hand for the tapping of the Allagash Black Cask! This is the first cask of Black ever!

 

And Duncan is actually going to show up this Thursday regardless of the weather ;-) 

Rob Tod from Allagash Brewery should also be there around 6pm for the tapping of the Allagash Black Cask.

Dr Gonzo rocks mightily. I have several of his products and they are great.

That was a very nice night at the Dive Bar. A friend brought some co-workers after their company Christmas party, and they were impressed by the atmosphere and the band.

FYI - That was the highest grossing night in The Dive Bar's 13 year history!!

Nothing special planned.  It's always too much hype around this one day.  I don't know about you but i always feel like it's a let down if I try to go somewhere. Unless it's to see a band play, or maybe a first night celebration in another city just because it feels different than being in the same environment we're always in.  All of the ads I see for New Years celebrations just seem like someone begging to take our money.   Inflated cover charges, champagne toasts, blah blah blah.  Maybe I'm just a scrooge but I don't like to participate.

We have New Years for misfits I guess.  

 

But I will say this....If you're there at midnight Keith, I'll crack the Magnum of 2005 Mad Elf I have and toast with you.
