"I've seen the future of Rock'n'Roll and it's name is ......."
so said Jon Landau in Rolling Stone in 1974
Anyone not on board, you're missing out, anyone on board, knows just how awesome what I and 20,000 or so other people enjoyed the hell out of tonight at the TD Banknorth Garden.
This show was simply fantastic.
Re: I've seen the future of Rock'n'Roll and its name is
Saw them 3 times in 1984. Amazing shows. Certainly one of the top 10 live acts I've ever seen.

anyone go to the Boston shows? I mean tens of thousands of people went, but did any of you?
Re: I've seen the future of Rock'n'Roll and its name is
Nope. Didn't go to one show. Haven't seen a group in a major arena since McCartney played the Centrum in the early 90's.
Nice to see they did Candy's Room and Jungleland.
Re: I've seen the future of Rock'n'Roll and its name is
I've only seen him once, at the Centrum (can't remember when), but it was a great show - 3+ hours and he never let up once.
I LOVE Candy's Room (except for the screechy lead break - I have dreams of Mike Campbell playing that)
