The Worcester ARTS Alliance is now accepting submissions for musical acts and bands of all genres to apply to stART on the Street ‘07. stART On The Street is the largest art and music festival in central New England. The free outdoor event to be held on Park Avenue  in Worcester, MA will draw close to 20,000 attendees and will take place on Sunday September 16^th 2007 with a rain date of the September 23^rd.

stART on the Street features a dedicated main stage for live bands of all types of music, as well as a smaller dedicated street performing area. Past events have featured local Worcester performers and nationally known recording artists, with no one band taking top billing. New in 2007; the time of the festival has been extended to 11am—6pm to allow even more diverse performers to participate. Band selection is juried due to scheduling and we are currently looking for applicants to perform in 2007!
