I saw something I thought I'd never see. It was incredible:

Wayne from the Flaming Lips did a remote piece from the SXSW festival, in which he walked around, talking to strange looking people, mostly in bands, but some just dressed like a cactus/pickle, and the moral of the story was, at least a few indie bands who would NEVER even think they'd be mentioned on a show like Jay Leno's were not only mentioned, shown, but had some of their music playing with their NAME flashed on the screen.

I was blown away. It was one of the coolest things I think I've ever witnessed on the show.
