 You simply enter in all the bands you are hoping to see come around. Even local bands. This website performs a search of venue calenders and informs you when these bands are playing. This is still a work in progress and some definite improvements could be made but it is still a great idea.

 One of the things that I am not too fond of is that it won't just do a search of a certain radius around a zip code so every market has their own page. The other thing is that it is new so it doesn't have every North American market yet. The really cool thing though is that it's a few Bostonians who started this whole thing so there is a Boston site, a Western Mass site and a Providence site so that basically covers us here in Worcester.
