quoting is acting mental in the "tinyeditor" select the "DHTML" editor (right below the subject and icon selection) when replying to a post and you will get the old text editor that gives you a "quote" button that should work out better. 

I am working on this quirk with the TinyEditor and hope to have it fixed up soon. 

you can also copy the text that you want to quote and paste it in after clicking the   button when using the TinyEditor.

Hi Duncan, I'm am by no means computer savvy and I can't figure out how to post a forum topic.
I'd simply like to ask if anyone knows about any good free concerts happening around New England this Summer?

first make sure you are logged in. Go to the main page of the forum http://volcanoboy.com/modules/newbb/index.php

pick a category you want your post in and click it.

on the top right you should have a "new topic" button and you can write your post.
