anyone using upcoming.org?
I am just curious if anyone is using www.upcoming.org ?
I am looking for a centralized place on the web to host my calendar of shows and stuff but also be able to share it. I am not sure this site is perfect but it is a good start. I started a Volcano Boy group if anyone wants to test it out with me. You can add an event and send it to the group and it all gets rolled up together. Seems like it could be useful for people/bands promoting things and getting across to different sites who are hosting the feed.
here is the feed for the VB group which currently will only have my crap in it until you add yours.

I am happy with the interface so far. What it doesn't do, is allow you to create a private group with a public calendar. In other words, I want to have a group that I can send select events of my own to rather than share my entire public calendar. The way it is now, if I am attending an event it is added to my calendar so if I am sharing it, it shows up.
