I just paid $7.74 for my download. I'm a huge fan of mashups and Girl Talk's previous work, I'm only about 15 minutes thru the mix at this point, but it is quality. Mixing everything from Roy Orbison to Phil Collins to The Beastie Boys To Cat Stevens and The Wu Tang Clan into a totally danceable mix.

Feed the Animals is the fourth album by Girl Talk, released on Illegal Art in 2008. It is composed almost entirely of samples taken from other artists' songs, plus minor original instrumentation by Gillis. As of June 19th, Gillis and Illegal Art are selling the album in a similar fashion to what Radiohead did for their album, In Rainbows, which is a "pay-what-you-want" system. Those that pay $0.00 will have to answer a question regarding the reason for why they are paying nothing. However, those that pay enough for the album can also get FLAC files ($5 or more) and a physical copy of the album, once it is released on September 23. ($10 or more)
