It is with profound sadness that I inform you all of the passing of George Chiasson, of Hudson MA.
George was working a show at the Opera House in Boston when he suffered a heart attack and he died en route to the hospital.
He was very well-known in the local area as a drummer, stage manager at Great Woods, and through his work with the stagehands union in Boston. He had a million friends and leaves his wife Pam and young sons Luke and Cole. Funeral arrangements are pending and I will post them when finalized.
George was one of the best and he will be missed greatly- it would be impossible to count the number of people who will be saddened by his passing.

I spoke with Pam and George's brothers and friends are with her and the kids. She mentioned wednesday Jan 2 as the date for the funeral..not sure if there will be a wake, but George deserves a celebration as large as the life he led. I will post more details and I am hoping we can all put together a benefit/memorial show later this winter. RIP George.
