Learn/Teach/Practice skills with poi, staff, hoops...

Weather permitting - Wednesdays at Elm Park - 7p

I'll bring a few sets of practice poi for those who need them - if you have any gear that you are willing to share, that would be wonderful!

It's a public park, so no fire. Nunchuks are not legal in MA, even the pretty glow ones, so please leave them at home - I would hate to see them confiscated.

What is Poi? - 'Poi' is the Maori word for 'ball' on a cord. Poi is a form of juggling where the balls are swung around the body. Poi can take many shapes and forms from LED lighted, Glow, Fabric, Sock and Fire

Folks also like to spin one or two staff, hula hoops, pseudo-weapons like nunchuks...
