I'm in desperate need of a "super" contractor that is used to dealing with 203k Mortgages (rehab loans) and their payment process. The guy I had found who did an estimate for me and was going to work on my home I am buying (closing on the 30th) dropped out on me because he didn't understand the way 203k mortgages work.
I need someone reasonably priced as I have a limited budget but the home has alot of water damage and other cosmetic issues (need someone with a plumber and electrician). I also need someone who can possibly start at the beginning/middle of July.
Please help! I will be eternally grateful to you!

Re: Help! Looking for a contractor!
My neighbor who is also my Uncle-in-law is a great contractor. I worked for him for a few years... he's a very honest guy and it would definitely be worth your while to at least get an estimate from him.
His info:
Art Cournoyer

Hope it works out...

Re: Help! Looking for a contractor!
Thanks so much everyone! Unfortunately, someone had shot me a personal message telling me to use R.C Rheault, and so far i'm super impressed! They came next day and have done all the paperwork and messy things i've needed them to do. They even managed to stay in my budget.
However, hopefully someone else will read this thread and use all of your ideas as well!
thanks again.
