Soul Jazz this Thursday at The Dive
Hi,
This Thursday at The Dive Bar we are going to be playing some funky SoulJazz for whoever can make it down. Steve Mossberg plays Hammond organ, Steve LeFavre is on Trumpet, Michael Herzog plays guitar and I will be on drums.
Music starts at 8 and goes until midnight. There is no cover charge.
If you haven't already been to The Dive, it's at 34 Green Street at the corner of Temple St. It's a small bar with a very large selection of craft beer. Over 80 bottles at this point and 16 taps. Every Thursday they unveil a rare treat for beer fans, cask ale.

Tonight's Cask is WinterCoat Vildmoseøl from Denmark.
Commercial Description:
Don't try to pronounce this one without at least one under your belt! This beer was brewed for the Lille Vildmose nature center in northern Jutland. The area is characterised by peat bogs, which inspired this brown ale with its subtle notes of peat-smoked malt, the fresh, spiciness of bog myrtle and the bittersweet fruitiness of rowan berries. These 3 ingredients harmonise beautifully with the other malts and hops used.
