This is the second Beatles session at the BBC.  This show was recorded for the show “Teenager’s Turn-Here We Go” on June 11^th 1962 in front of a live audience at the Playhouse Theater in Manchester.  Although slated to play 4 songs, only 3 were recorded including one song that is a unique recorded performance of Joe Brown’s “A Picture of You”.  This was also Pete Best’s second and last performance with the Beatles at the BBC and in a little over 2 months would he would be sacked in favor of Ringo Starr.

As with the 1st BBC appearance I posted here a few weeks back, please be aware that the sound quality is not that great, but that is all we have and we're lucky it even exists!
