Then on Saturday there are at least 5 shows to go to. First at Benders on Park Ave. Public Uproar open for a bunch of bands I've never seen before ,and it starts early and so should you! Next , head over to Ralph's for The Numbskulls, Gein and the Graverobbers, The Automatons, and The Rabies, from Buffalo NY. Ok, by now you're probaly getting hungry , so stop by Nick's on Millbury St for their one year anniversary party with FREE FOOD! and performances from Lisa Marie and Friends.
After that, while you're in the neighborhood, finish up at The Hotel Vernon for a FREE punk show featuring Can't Kill Katie, Refuse Resist, Hoodrat,Electric Bucket, and The Dipshits.

Wormtown Rocks Hard With Clear The Way, Guns Of Navarone And Hated: Phil's Latest Reviews

Wormtown.org - October 1, 2008 - 9:41pm
This month brings three discs of inspired hard rocking. Clear the Way rock hard in a straight up, catchy melodic way. Guns of Navarone rocks hard in a danceable skankin’ old school reggae kind of way, and Hated rock hard in an angry, screamy, finger pointing heavy metal kind of way; but what they all have in common is that they all rock hard. I’m not making that up. – Phil McNamara CLEAR THE WAY – CLEAR THE WAY- SELF RELEASED (Produced by Clear the Way; Engineered and ...

Elected

Wormtown Punk Blog - September 28, 2008 - 4:56pm

As you may have seen somewhere, there is a Presidential Election this year as GW's term is just about up. Two very distinguished candidates are now, as we speak, vying for your support. One is a Vietnam War vet, the other a young upstart from the Midwest. Which do I support you may ask? Neither. I want someone with true experience. Someone who has dealt with crisis before . That person would be Duane Engalls Glasscock. A candidate from the past, who has the ability to lead us into the future. For more information, listen here and you'll agree. We need him more now, than ever.
